Datenschutzerklärung
Diese Erklärung gilt für die Website purestats.app und für die Android-App PureStats. Abschnitt 8 beschreibt die App.

2. WELCHE DATEN WIR VERARBEITEN
Server-Logs: Beim Aufruf der Website speichert unser Hoster technisch notwendige Zugriffsdaten (IP-Adresse, Zeitpunkt, aufgerufene Seite, Browsertyp). Diese dienen dem Betrieb und der Sicherheit und werden nicht mit anderen Daten zusammengeführt.
Statistik-Abrufe: Die angezeigten Fussball-Daten werden von unserem Backend geladen. Dabei wird deine IP-Adresse technisch übertragen, um die Antwort ausliefern zu können.
Spracheinstellung: Deine gewählte Sprache wird lokal in deinem Browser gespeichert (localStorage). Diese Angabe verlässt dein Gerät nicht.
Newsletter: Trägst du deine E-Mail-Adresse ein, schicken wir dir zuerst eine Bestätigungsmail. Erst wenn du den Link darin anklickst, bist du eingetragen (Double-Opt-in). Bis dahin wird die Adresse nicht verwendet. Wir verarbeiten sie ausschliesslich für den Versand des Newsletters, zusätzlich speichern wir Zeitpunkt, gewählte Sprache und einen verschlüsselten Prüfwert deiner IP-Adresse als Nachweis der Anmeldung. Jede Mail enthält einen Abmeldelink.
3. WAS WIR NICHT TUN
Wir setzen keine Werbe- oder Tracking-Cookies, binden keine Analyse-Dienste wie Google Analytics ein, erstellen keine Nutzerprofile und verkaufen keine Daten. Ein Konto ist für die Website nicht nötig.
4. DRITTANBIETER
Hosting der Website: Infomaniak Network SA, Genf, Schweiz.
Backend/Datenauslieferung: Render Services Inc., USA. Übertragen wird die IP-Adresse des Aufrufs.
Schriftarten werden von unserem eigenen Server geladen, nicht von Dritten.
5. SPEICHERDAUER
Server-Logs werden nach spätestens 30 Tagen gelöscht. Newsletter-Adressen speichern wir bis zur Abmeldung; nicht bestätigte Anmeldungen löschen wir nach 30 Tagen.
6. DEINE RECHTE
Du hast das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch. Eine Anfrage per E-Mail genügt.
7. BESCHWERDERECHT
Du kannst dich bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde beschweren, in der Schweiz beim EDÖB, in der EU bei der Behörde deines Wohnsitzlandes.
8. ANDROID-APP
Die App PureStats ist ohne Anmeldung nutzbar. Für die Premium-Inhalte ist eine Anmeldung nötig, weil der Zugang an die Person gebunden ist und nicht an ein Gerät.
8.1 Konto und Anmeldung
Die Anmeldung erfolgt mit deinem Google-Konto. Gespeichert werden die unveränderliche Nutzer-Kennung von Google, deine E-Mail-Adresse und der Zeitpunkt deiner Bestätigung, dass du 18 Jahre oder älter bist. Ein Passwort speichern wir nicht und bekommen wir nie zu sehen. Der Zugang gilt danach auf allen Geräten und auch hier im Browser.

8.2 Geräte-Kennung
Beim ersten Start erzeugt die App eine pseudonyme, zufällige Geräte-Kennung. Sie ist der technische Anker für Einstellungen, Abo-Status und die im CLV-Tracker erfassten Wetten und funktioniert auch ohne Anmeldung. Bei einer Anmeldung wird sie mit dem Konto verbunden.

8.3 CLV- und Wett-Tracking-Daten
Nutzt du den CLV-Tracker, speichern wir die von dir eingegebenen Wettdaten: Partie, Wettart, Einstiegsquote, Einsatz in Einheiten und den Zeitpunkt. Die Eingabe erfolgt ausschliesslich durch dich, und du kannst einzelne Einträge oder alle Daten jederzeit in der App löschen.

8.4 Abo- und Zahlungsdaten
Käufe in der App laufen über Google Play Billing. Wir erhalten von Google einen Kauf-Beleg und das Ablaufdatum, keine Zahlungsdaten und keine Kartennummer. Käufe über die Website laufen über unseren Zahlungsdienstleister; auch dort erhalten wir keine Zahlungsdaten.

8.5 Was die App nicht tut
Keine Werbung, keine Analyse-Werkzeuge wie Google Analytics oder Firebase Analytics, keine Nutzerprofile für Marketing, kein Verkauf von Daten, keine Standortdaten, kein Zugriff auf Kontakte, Fotos oder Mikrofon.
8.6 Löschung
Du löschst dein Konto selbst, sofort und ohne Rückfrage: in der App unter Profil, Konto löschen, oder im Browser unter https://purestats.app/konto-loeschen.html. Gelöscht werden dein Konto, alle Zugänge, Tokens und Gerätekennungen, offene Anmelde- und Kopplungscodes, deine im CLV-Tracker eingetragenen Wetten, deine Push-Einstellungen, unsere Kopie des Play-Kaufbelegs und dein Newsletter-Eintrag. Ein laufendes Abo bei unserem Zahlungsdienstleister wird dabei sofort beendet; bezahlte Restzeit verfällt ohne Erstattung. Ein Abo im Google Play Store müssen wir dich bitten, dort selbst zu kündigen, darauf haben wir keinen Zugriff. Rechnungen bleiben bei unserem Zahlungsdienstleister, solange die gesetzliche Aufbewahrungsfrist läuft. Du erreichst uns weiterhin unter egoetze@purestats.app.
Privacy Policy
This policy covers the website purestats.app and the PureStats Android app. Section 8 describes the app.

2. DATA WE PROCESS
Server logs: when you open the website, our host records technically necessary access data (IP address, time, page requested, browser type). It is used for operation and security only and is not combined with other data.
Statistics requests: the football data shown is loaded from our backend. Your IP address is transmitted for technical reasons so the response can be delivered.
Language setting: your chosen language is stored locally in your browser (localStorage). It never leaves your device.
Newsletter: if you enter your email address, we first send you a confirmation email. You are only on the list once you click the link in it (double opt-in); until then the address is not used. We process it solely to send the newsletter and additionally store the time, the chosen language and a hashed value of your IP address as proof of signup. Every email contains an unsubscribe link.
3. WHAT WE DO NOT DO
We use no advertising or tracking cookies, no analytics services such as Google Analytics, we build no user profiles and we sell no data. No account is needed for the website.
4. THIRD PARTIES
Website hosting: Infomaniak Network SA, Geneva, Switzerland.
Backend/data delivery: Render Services Inc., USA. The IP address of the request is transmitted.
Fonts are served from our own server, not by third parties.
5. RETENTION
Server logs are deleted after 30 days at the latest. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe; unconfirmed signups are deleted after 30 days.
6. YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. An email is enough.
7. RIGHT TO COMPLAIN
You may lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, in Switzerland the FDPIC, in the EU the authority of your country of residence.
8. ANDROID APP
The PureStats app can be used without signing in. Signing in is required for the premium content, because access is tied to the person and not to a device.
8.1 Account and sign-in
Sign-in uses your Google account. We store the immutable user identifier Google provides, your email address, and the time at which you confirmed that you are 18 or older. We never store or see a password. Your access then applies on all your devices and here in the browser as well.

8.2 Device identifier
On first launch the app generates a pseudonymous, random device identifier. It is the technical anchor for settings, subscription status and the bets recorded in the CLV tracker, and it works without signing in as well. When you sign in, it is linked to your account.

8.3 CLV and bet-tracking data
If you use the CLV tracker, we store the bet data you enter: match, bet type, entry odds, stake in units and the time. You enter all of it yourself, and you can delete individual entries or all data in the app at any time.

8.4 Subscription and payment data
Purchases in the app run through Google Play Billing. We receive a purchase receipt and the expiry date from Google, no payment data and no card number. Purchases on the website run through our payment provider; there too we receive no payment data.

8.5 What the app does not do
No advertising, no analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Firebase Analytics, no user profiles for marketing, no selling of data, no location data, no access to contacts, photos or microphone.
8.6 Deletion
You delete your account yourself, immediately and without having to ask: in the app under Profile, Delete account, or in your browser at https://purestats.app/konto-loeschen.html. This removes your account, all access records, tokens and device identifiers, pending sign-in and pairing codes, the bets you entered in the CLV tracker, your notification settings, our copy of the Play purchase receipt and your newsletter entry. A running subscription with our payment provider is ended at the same time; paid time that is left expires without a refund. A subscription in the Google Play Store has to be cancelled by you there, we have no access to it. Invoices stay with our payment provider for as long as the statutory retention period runs. 2. DATOS QUE TRATAMOS
Registros del servidor: al abrir el sitio, nuestro proveedor registra datos de acceso técnicamente necesarios (dirección IP, hora, página solicitada, tipo de navegador). Se usan solo para el funcionamiento y la seguridad y no se combinan con otros datos.
Consultas de estadísticas: los datos de fútbol se cargan desde nuestro backend. Tu dirección IP se transmite por motivos técnicos para poder entregar la respuesta.
Idioma: el idioma elegido se guarda localmente en tu navegador (localStorage) y no sale de tu dispositivo.
Boletín: si introduces tu correo electrónico, primero te enviamos un mensaje de confirmación. Solo quedas suscrito al pulsar el enlace (doble opt-in); hasta entonces no usamos la dirección. La tratamos únicamente para enviarte el boletín y guardamos además la fecha, el idioma elegido y un valor cifrado de tu IP como prueba de la suscripción. Cada correo incluye un enlace para darte de baja.
3. LO QUE NO HACEMOS
No usamos cookies publicitarias ni de seguimiento, no integramos servicios de análisis como Google Analytics, no creamos perfiles de usuario y no vendemos datos. El sitio web no requiere cuenta.
4. TERCEROS
Alojamiento del sitio: Infomaniak Network SA, Ginebra, Suiza.
Backend y entrega de datos: Render Services Inc., EE. UU. Se transmite la dirección IP de la solicitud.
Las tipografías se sirven desde nuestro propio servidor, no desde terceros.
5. PLAZOS
Los registros del servidor se eliminan como máximo a los 30 días. Las direcciones del boletín se conservan hasta la baja.
6. TUS DERECHOS
Tienes derecho de acceso, rectificación, supresión, limitación, portabilidad y oposición. Basta con un correo electrónico.
7. RECLAMACIONES
Puedes reclamar ante una autoridad de protección de datos: en Suiza el FDPIC, en la UE la autoridad de tu país de residencia.
8. APP DE ANDROID
La app PureStats se puede usar sin iniciar sesión. Para los contenidos premium es necesario iniciar sesión, porque el acceso está vinculado a la persona y no a un dispositivo.
8.1 Cuenta e inicio de sesión
El inicio de sesión se realiza con tu cuenta de Google. Almacenamos el identificador de usuario inmutable que nos proporciona Google, tu dirección de correo electrónico y el momento en que confirmaste que tienes 18 años o más. Nunca almacenamos ni vemos una contraseña. Tu acceso vale después en todos tus dispositivos y también aquí en el navegador.

8.2 Identificador de dispositivo
En el primer inicio, la app genera un identificador de dispositivo seudonimizado y aleatorio. Es el ancla técnica para los ajustes, el estado de la suscripción y las apuestas registradas en el tracker de CLV, y funciona también sin iniciar sesión. Al iniciar sesión se vincula a tu cuenta.

8.3 Datos de CLV y de seguimiento de apuestas
Si usas el tracker de CLV, almacenamos los datos de apuesta que introduces: partido, tipo de apuesta, cuota de entrada, importe en unidades y el momento. Todo lo introduces tú, y puedes borrar entradas concretas o todos los datos en la app en cualquier momento.

8.4 Datos de suscripción y de pago
Las compras en la app se realizan a través de Google Play Billing. Recibimos de Google un justificante de compra y la fecha de vencimiento, ningún dato de pago y ningún número de tarjeta. Las compras en el sitio web se realizan a través de nuestro proveedor de pagos; tampoco allí recibimos datos de pago.

8.5 Lo que la app no hace
Sin publicidad, sin herramientas de análisis como Google Analytics o Firebase Analytics, sin perfiles de usuario para marketing, sin venta de datos, sin datos de ubicación, sin acceso a contactos, fotos o micrófono.
8.6 Supresión
Eliminas tu cuenta tú mismo, de inmediato y sin tener que pedirlo: en la app, en Perfil, Eliminar cuenta, o en el navegador en https://purestats.app/konto-loeschen.html. Se eliminan tu cuenta, todos los accesos, tokens e identificadores de dispositivo, los códigos de acceso y vinculación pendientes, las apuestas que registraste en el tracker de CLV, tus ajustes de notificaciones, nuestra copia del justificante de compra de Play y tu suscripción al boletín. Una suscripción activa con nuestro proveedor de pagos finaliza al mismo tiempo; el tiempo pagado que quede se pierde sin reembolso. Una suscripción en Google Play Store debes cancelarla tú allí, no tenemos acceso a ella. Las facturas permanecen en nuestro proveedor de pagos mientras dure el plazo legal de conservación.
